"A mother is now facing aggravated murder following the death of her 16-month old.
According to Gallia County Sheriff Matt Champlin and Gallia County Prosecutor Jason Holdren, Joyceann Louise Ruane, 25, of Crown City, confessed to shooting the baby girl.
Ruane acknowledged she developed a plan, retrieved a gun and shot the child after an argument with the child’s father Thursday afternoon, according to officials."

I wanted to thank Aya Ruane, the father of Fana Ruane, for giving me the opportunity to talk to him when he refused to give any other interviews. A father is grieving the death of his daughters while everyone is so busy not living in the moment forgetting all the things that they have. I hope you guys learn from this story. Hug your husband.
