In this episode, I made the argument to NOT destroy our historical, American monuments like Robert E. Lee. I do not support the destruction of ANY thing that is a part of our history. Robert E. Lee, Karl Marx and even Pol Pot's memorials should not be touched due to the fact they are there to educate us as humans of the terrible shit they we are totally capable of doing to each other.

What people need to know also. Robert E Lee didn’t own one slave. He were only following the order of the confederate government.

When we tear gas protesters, and when we turn the military against the people they are supposed to protect, that's Fascism. I don't like violence. I'm as Pacifist as one can get. But people are murdered while they are sleeping in their beds by the police, and it requires protests to get anyone to take action. This is what happens when you oppress a huge portion of the population for far too long. Racism isn't gone. MLK was assassinated. We still need to solve this. UBI would help.

I am opposed to destroying Art. On the other hand, statues of traitors can better be moved into a museum. Oh! You just said that. Cool. I agree with you.
